We are a Plumbing & Restoration company specializing in plumbing, water, and fire damage repair, serving Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
Essential Duties:
Provide clerical and secretarial support to others in the office too maintain an efficient office environment.
Respond to service request both by email and or/telephone
Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate team member
Assist with scheduling appointments
Report writing and business correspondence

Job Skills and Qualifications:
1-2 years minimum experience in Restoration or Plumbing Industry
Exceptional customer service, written & verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge Quickbooks is a plus
Ability to work in a fast paced, team-orientated office environment
