About the Role: Lake Charlevoix EMS Authority is looking for dedicated and skilled Paramedics to join our team in Charlevoix, MI and the surrounding townships. Responsibilities: Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, providing advanced life support (BLS) care in the field Assess, treat, and stabilize patients using advanced medical equipment and protocols.

Communicate effectively with hospital staff to ensure seamless patient handoffs and continuity of care Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and transport information in patient care reports (PCRs)

Requirements: Current Michigan State EMT licensure Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Current CPR/BLS certification required PHTLS certifications required (will train in house) Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Prior EMS field experience preferred; new graduates with clinical excellence encouraged to apply
