Office Support Specialist
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
Demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs
Previous work in an office and/or customer service field.
Scope:
Our Administrative Assistant contributes to the efficient day-to-day operation of our Main Office providing administrative support to owners, management, team members and guests. You will be responsible for exhibiting and supporting professionalism. Safety and Guest Service are our top priorities. This position is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role which is overseen by the owners and the Administrative director providing the opportunity for career development.
****Essential Duties:
Sustain and project a positive, professional manner
Interact with our guests, team members, owners, management, and vendors with a proficient and friendly manner, answer questions, provide direction and assist in resolving concerns
Outstanding people skills - Poised and confident while engaging with a diverse group of individuals.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills, including writing, proofreading, and speaking.
Deliver exceptional guest service and model guest service techniques to team members
Work well independently and as a part of a team with strong attention to detail, time management and project follow through
Competent math and computer skills-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Learn and maintain a working knowledge of our point-of-sale system
Must be willing to stand, walk, bend, kneel and climb stairs - Lifting and/or moving of up to 35 pounds
Demonstrated ability to remain level-headed and calm under a variety of circumstances i.e., multiple tasks, large crowds, equipment/technology challenges or an upset guest.
Must have high-level professional interpersonal skills to comfortably interact in all situations
Maintain a clean, safe organized workspace in accordance with our company wide procedures
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience Required:

Educate yourself with the fundamentals, attractions and services provided by Enchanted Forest Water Safari and our associated properties to provide accurate responses to inquiries
Must be willing to follow all guidelines in our company and appropriate departmental handbooks
Present a well-developed guest service ethic with high expectations for quality and attention to detail
Must be well groomed, self-disciplined, willing to comply with and apply our uniform guidelines to team members
Competent math and computer skills-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient cash handling skills
Flexibility with other duties which may be assigned as necessary for the efficient operation of the business
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, synergy, and a sense of humor with the desire to work in a hands-on dynamic environment in support of Water Safari Resort’s mission
