Position Overview The Assistant Campus Director assists with the daily activities of the iCode School. This includes successfully achieving enrollment sales objectives, establishing off-campus relationships with local schools, and participation in local events, while also assisting with people management, facility management, and operational aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities • Assist the Campus Director with day-to-day activities related to people management • Assist the Campus Director with day-to-day activities related to facility management • Facilitate various iCode programs and market through social media and email campaigns • Build student enrollments through developing school partnerships, business promotional opportunities, telemarketing efforts, on-site and off-site events, and campus tours • Assist with student scheduling and instructor scheduling • Assist with ensuring proper class facilitation and proper classroom maintenance • Ensure the campus is maintained to the highest standards on a daily basis • Responsible for inventory management of facility supplies • Perform administrative duties as assigned • Operate the various iCode systems as they pertain to customer management
Qualifications • Strong selling skills with the ability to promote company programs and close enrollment sales • Social Media Marketing experience • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent project management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills • Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to develop a winning team • Proven problem-solving skills through critical thinking and creativity • Detail-oriented and focused on delivering exceptional quality of work • Ability to quickly learn new operational systems and procedures • Experienced with MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems
Work Schedule Must be flexible to work shifts during mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as requested.
