    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our company. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. This is a full time position with opportunities for career advancement.

    Responsibilities:

    Manager and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

    Run weekly metric reviews for each representative and report to the Director of Sales.

    Coordinate and run sales meetings as needed.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

    Train and mentor the sales team to improve their performance.

    Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.

    Qualifications:

    Track record of driving revenue growth is a must.
