We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with management experience to join our team and lead our projects to success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the design and analysis of new commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with local and national codes.

    Utilize and promote the use of construction materials commonly found in Florida to optimize design efficiency and sustainability.

    Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and expertise in structural engineering principles.

    Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

    Review and approve structural designs and calculations prepared by the team.

    Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of structural engineering.

    Participate in client meetings, presenting design concepts and addressing any structural concerns.

    Ensure timely delivery of projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.

    A minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on the design of commercial buildings.

    Proven management experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.

    Expertise in construction materials commonly used in Florida.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Proficient in structural engineering software and tools.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Florida or the ability to obtain licensure.
