JOB DESCRIPTION

The Data Analytic is part of our IT team and assists departments with their data needs. Daily responsibilities include creating and assisting with dashboards, reports, importing data and exporting data. The Data Engineer will play a big part in our company's digital transformation and will be focused on our data warehouse project. The project involves utilizing API's from our cloud-based software to bring all our data together and create customized reports and analytics. Being a member of our IT department includes secondary duties such as helping our team with software and SaaS related issues.

JOB DUTIES:

• Work with other departments to generate reports and import/export data

• Collaborate with other departments to transform raw data for data analyst reports

• Assist with creation and maintenance of data integrations and data flows between CRM, ERP and Ecommerce systems

• Provide support to staff with issues or questions related to our CRM, ERP and Ecommerce systems

• Configuration and management within our CRM, ERP and Ecommerce systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong SQL and Database Knowledge required

• Strong data analytics experience required

• Experience creating reports, inquiries, and dashboards

• Working knowledge or experience with Acumatica ERP, Boomi and SalesForce is a plus

• Understanding ELT Infrastructure is a plus

JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME

PAY: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 PER YEAR
