Job Description

 We’re seeking a Marketing & Operations Assistant to develop, manage and support new and existing accounts and assisting the Sales team. Responsible for developing and supporting all company marketing initiatives and channels to support the growth of ENS Security’s business. Ideal candidates should be able to multitask in a fast-paced, and a team-focused environment. Creating and developing new promotional ideas to increase sales, preparing marketing materials, and tracking promotions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Assist sales team with sales orders, leads reports and customer login activation
• Ship marketing materials for multiple branches
• Distribute online orders and sales leads from company website to the sales department;
• Manage the company marketing email. Provide responses to the customer email or forward the email to the correct department;
• Manage and maintain marketing report, documents and materials, and keep these marketing profiles accurate and available to all customers and internal employees;
• Support marketing team to promote new product launches, assist content and social media marketing, and other events;
• Support and handle content, infographics and videos creation, and manage tasks along with planning and executing marketing promotions and events;
• Create and execute marketing campaigns and marketing strategy in coordination with marketing team;
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Data entry/Order Processing skills
• Good oral and written English communication skills for marketing
• Good customer service skill
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and graphic design skills will be plus
• Passion for creative thinking and collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, multi-task, and collaborate with a team
• Creative and analytical mind with a strong results-oriented approach to problem solving
• Good record keeping and project management skill
• Detail oriented, responsible and self-motivated
