    We are expanding our ENT service line and seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP), to join our growing team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with respected physicians and highly skilled clinical staff.

    Position Summary

    The ENT Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of ENT conditions, perform and assist with in-office ENT procedures, and coordinate care across our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, enjoys procedural work, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct comprehensive ENT evaluations (ear, nose, throat, head, and neck)

    Ability to do rhinoscopy

    Diagnose and manage acute and chronic ENT-related conditions

    Order, review, and interpret diagnostic studies (audiograms, imaging, allergy testing)

    Perform and assist with in-office ENT procedures

    Provide pre- and post-operative patient care and education

    Document all encounters accurately and efficiently in eClinicalWorks (eCW)

    Collaborate with physicians, audiologists, medical assistants, and front-office staff

    Common ENT Procedures

    The ideal candidate will be proficient or comfortable with:

    Flexible laryngoscopy

    Nasal endoscopy

    Allergy skin testing support and nasal/sinus medication protocols

    Qualifications

    Current and unrestricted Georgia Physician Assistant license or Georgia Nurse Practitioner license

    3–5 years of ENT or related specialty experience (Otolaryngology, Allergy, or Head & Neck Surgery)

    Comfort with both adult and pediatric ENT populations

    Excellent procedural and patient communication skills

    Team-oriented, reliable, and professional demeanor
