RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are currently recruiting for a RIGGER. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Crane Operator with the moving and positioning of equipment, as well as assisting wtih pre-trip and post-trip checks / inspections.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• As instructed by Dispatch, accompany Crane Operator to customer site.
• Assist the operator with set up and breakdown of the crane.
• Support the operator in the maneuvering of the crane using proper hand signals and crane upkeep.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including the Field Level Risk Assessment prior to starting job and time sheet following job completion.
• Safely haul counterweights with tractor trailer to and from site.
• As instructed by Dispatch / Field Supervisor, act as a Pilot Truck driver when required for job.
• Perform other duties as required including various administrative tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to read, understand, and follow safety procedures & policies.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in rig moving and equipment/camp or oilfield hauling.
• Proof of NCCCO or NCCER rigger certification.
• Class A CDL License with a clean five (5) year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

WORKING CONDITIONS

The successful candidate will be required to work outside for extended periods of time, in potentially adverse weather conditions. You must be physically fit, able to perform heavy work, and able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Work is performed across Wyoming, Colorado and North Dakota. However, the work is not limited to just these areas.

Transporting jobs can occur 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so you may be called out to work on short notice.
