Next Level Connections is actively hiring a Customer Consultant to join our in-person sales team. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are enthusiastic, driven, and interested in developing long-term professional skills in sales and customer relations.
You will work closely with customers and team members to expand product outreach while delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role is based in the greater Cincinnati area and requires in-person collaboration.
Training & Experience
Paid training provided
Customized onboarding and ongoing mentorship
Customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Responsibilities
Identify and support new sales opportunities
Deliver consistent, professional customer service
Build and maintain strong customer relationships using a solution-focused approach
Support merchandising and daily operational tasks
Assist with customer acquisition and account support
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable, ethical, and professional
Comfortable meeting performance standards and sales expectations
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, in-person environment
