We are seeking a high-energy Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team in Philadelphia! This is a direct, in-person role focusing on face-to-face customer engagement—no remote or call center work.
Responsibilities:
Conduct face-to-face presentations to provide product information and close sales
Handle and resolve customer concerns with a professional demeanor
Act as the primary brand ambassador for clients in technology
Update customer records based on direct interactions
Participate in daily in-office training & workshops to stay current on product knowledge
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail
Ability to build rapport with clients in a face-to-face setting
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, social environment
