Job Description

ENV Services a nationally respected leader in calibration, certification and decontamination services for the health care, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our National Accounts Team. This position is located in the Hatfield, PA location. IT IS A FULL TIME, IN OFFICE POSITION. THERE ARE NO OPPORTUNITIES FOR REMOTE WORK. In this position, you will:

• Support our large revenue customers who have multiple locations throughout the country.
• ·Make outbound calls to prospective customers using information from our database and other lead sources.
• Handle quoting services to existing and new customers while assisting with pricing and proposals.
• ·Maintain and update customer database (CRM) and other pipeline tracking reports (Salesforce).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
• ·Good analytical skills sufficient to prepare quotes, analyze data, and to identify and resolve customer problems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with both customers and other ENV Associates
• ·Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and willingness to learn company databases
• Must be a self-starter with the willingness to learn and have a strong ability to multi-task
• Some traveling to attend trade shows may be required.

This position is considered entry level and there will be ongoing training.
