Position Overview:

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a vital role in the financial management and strategic planning. You will lead a team responsible for financial operations and will work collaboratively with executive leadership to ensure the financial health and sustainability of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the hospital's mission and long-term objectives. Financial Oversight: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting processes. Revenue Cycle Management: Optimize revenue cycle operations, billing, collections, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency improvements while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Team Leadership: Supervise a team Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 8-10 years of relevant experience in healthcare finance, with a preference for candidates with an MBA, CPA, or Masters in Healthcare Administration. Acute Hospital experience Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a healthcare environment. Exceptional financial analysis and strategic planning abilities.
