We are partnered with a Construction company to identifiy a experience person for a Fleet and Equipment Construction Project Manager which is a National role to be based in South Florida.
Our client is seeking an experienced candidate with a minimum of 5 years in Fleet Management and warehouse and/or facilities management. This role will involve some domestic travel of 25-40% to various project sites.
Bachelor's Degree in Facilities, Business Management, Industrial Management or similar is preferred
5S Certification is a plus
Forklift Operating experience, certification a plus
DOT Medical Card, Valid Drivers License
Experience in MS Office Suite
Experience with a Fleet or Facilities software would be a plus
Great opportunity for organizational management of construction fleet and equipment, and project supplies. Must be organized, able to meet deadlines, effectively communicate with multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders. Strong supervisory experience to mentor, coach, provide training and evaluations of team. Experience with company budgeting, cost control and safety programs.
$75-85k salary plus great benefits
