What You Bring to the Table:

1-2+ years of Fund Accounting Experience

Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics

Strong Excel Skills

Golfing Skills a Plus

What You'll Be Doing:

Generate cash flow analyses for each private equity fund and manage the procedures for capital calls and investor distributions.

Examine quarter-end close packages, investor statements, and other materials prepared by administrators (including cash and portfolio reconciliations, income and expense accruals, allocations) to ensure completeness and accuracy, adhering to regulatory and industry standards.

Handle fund expense payments and oversee the completion of cash wire requests.

Reconcile fund activity with the investor portal.

Engage with internal and external entities regarding fund accounting matters and contribute to issue resolution.

Prepare ad hoc reporting requests and assist with client audit and financial reporting-related inquiries.
