We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Expense Analyst with expertise in Concur software and experience in managing 1099 processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the Concur software for a division of 6000 employees, facilitating the onboarding process, and providing essential administrative support, including team training. Additionally, this role involves preparation for the 1099 season, addressing B notices, and managing vendor setup, ensuring compliance with IRS TIN MATCH requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Concur Software Management:

Oversee the Concur software for a division of 6000 employees. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees onto Concur. Provide administrative support, including team training on Concur functionalities. 1099 Season Preparation:

Prepare for the 1099 season by addressing B notices and sending necessary notices. Understand vendor setup requirements and determine who should and shouldn't receive 1099s. Ensure compliance with IRS TIN MATCH regulations. Team Building:

Contribute to building and expanding the team after the initial phase. Medius Software Management:

Manage Medius, a tool for handling indirect expenses, currently used in corporate and three divisions, with plans to roll it out to all 60 divisions. Perform Medius administration tasks and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Workflow-Based Administration:

Apply experience with workflow-based systems, as both Concur and Medius operate on similar principles. Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing Concur software for large employee populations. Strong administrative skills, including team training and onboarding processes. In-depth knowledge of 1099 processes, including B notices, vendor setup, and IRS TIN MATCH. Familiarity with Medius or similar expense management tools. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both Concur and Medius. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
