Job Summary:

Senior Accountants play a pivotal role in our financial team, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting operations. Their responsibilities encompass a range of crucial tasks, from data analysis to supporting the smooth functioning of our accounting processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Monitor financial transactions under the guidance of senior leadership  Provide detailed financial information, including budgeting and compliance  Participate in the reconciliation of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance  Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of financial statements  Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders  Verify invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate records  Play an active role in month-end and year-end close processes  Utilize accounting software to input, track, and retrieve financial data  Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary financial information  Assist in audit preparations and facilitate the smooth progress of audits  Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the department  Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards  Calculate commission structures accurately and process them in a timely manner  Manage journal entries, recurring and as needed, to maintain up-to-date financial records  Perform other duties as required, within education and experience
