Job Status: $18,678.40 (high school diploma) - $37,570.58 (bachelor's degree), dependent on skills, education, and experience. Full time position.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hour shift. Start time between 6:00AM - 7:30AM - end time 02:30PM - 4:00PM (full-time)

General Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications
Should possess a pleasant personality
Should be able to type 40 words per minute with at least two (2) years experience in general office skills and Microsoft Office Suite
Should have effective communication skills, basic filing skills, knowledge in basic math, and ability to use calculator and word processor
Must pass a pre-duty drug and alcohol test and subject to random testing for alcohol and drugs
Must have CPR and First Aide certification
Must pass a Criminal History check
Meet minimum physical requirements
Must possess a valid driver license
Specific Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate party
Prepare all reports and correspondence
Prepare all USDA Monthly reports
Keep daily, weekly, and monthly records of USDA transactions
Maintain current file system
Maintain log of invoices and purchase orders for all vendors
Assist in filling requisitions for purchases and/or supplies and equipment sent to Head start Center Sites
Verify price quotations when filling requisitions for payment
Post price comparison in bid book before awarding merchandise to vendors
Maintain files on daily count of meals served to children and adults
Complete 1531 and Nutrition 6 Forms for all families enrolled in program
Must maintain compliance with Federal, State and Agency regulation in compiling and documenting information necessary for Child Care Food Program operation and procedures
Perform other assignments deemed necessary by Nutrition Coordinator and Head Start Director
I understand that my employment will not begin until I have received clearance to hire from the Executive Director or their designee
