The Title Analyst will analyze Oil & Gas leases and related Land contracts and enter information into Company's Computer systems. Summarize chain of title, interpret leases & contracts.

Lease & contract experience or legal education helpful, but not necessary. Able to handle multi-tasking on a variety of projects. Analytical, mathematical & organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Organize large amounts of non-producing lease and contract data in a detailed and logical manner
• Assist with analysis of non-producing lease provisions and obligations
• Collaborate with Division Order Analysts and Landman, where necessary
• Support Landman, engage in reviewing basics of setting up non-producing leases
• Compile and draft non-producing lease documents and supporting compliance documents

Qualifications:

• Recent college graduate with a B.S. or B.A. in Math, Biology, Geography, History or similar
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
