    Corporate Director: Revenue & Distribution

    The Corporate Director of Revenue & Distribution will work with the revenue team to analyze business/distribution mix across the portfolio to drive topline performance and optimize profitability. This position is responsible for developing, aggregating, and distributing various performance reporting and offer in-depth evaluation and recommendations to drive results. This role will assist in monthly forecasting and annual budget processes while also overseeing distribution + content management across the portfolio. During transition periods and/or acquisitions of properties, the Corporate Director of Revenue & Distribution will be involved with task force and onboarding process.

    This position will report directly to the Vice President of Revenue & Distribution and must be based in Manhattan, NY with a hybrid work schedule.

    This position:

    Analyzes and evaluates mix of business to provide in-depth performance analysis for the portfolio.

    Provide guidance to regional/property teams on Revenue Management best practices + strategy development and execution.

    Manages the compilation and distribution of portfolio reporting to senior leadership. This includes but is not limited to compiling pickup reports, month end and forecast/budget files.

    Validates data accuracy across all reports, system dashboards and business analytic tools. Troubleshoot any discrepancies and implement fix as needed.

    Creates new ad-hoc reporting tools and templates as needed.

    Assist with report requests from the investor, acquisition, and development teams.

    Manage relationships with key business partners and stay at the forefront of new developments + technology.

    Create and publish monthly Revenue Management/E-Commerce recap in collaboration with Digital team.

    Cross audits property websites, booking engines, OTAs and other third-party sites to ensure consistency in content, photography, rates, etc. across all platforms. This includes managing the Leonardo portal for all independent hotels.

    Participate in weekly revenue meetings to assist with strategy and forecasting.

    During new property acquisitions or transitions:

    Assist with assessing current technology and the implementation of any new tech (PMS, CRS, RMS, etc.). This also includes ensuring all appropriate team members have the correct access/permission levels and all historical data is downloaded/saved.

    Auditing all distribution channels and segmentation to ensure consistency with EOS standardized guidelines.

    Develop reporting packet – Daily pickup report, month end reports, and forecast/budget templates.

    Assist with any stub budget or future year budget preparations.

    Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Operations on launch strategies and setting up weekly/monthly meetings.

    Audit all platforms for outdated and invalid content post transition. This includes updating all distribution lists as needed.

    Ensure seamless handoff to incoming RM team member(s).

    Job Requirements:

    At least three (3) years of combined experience between data analytics + hotel revenue management.

    Mathematics skills and strong analytics mindset, ability to compile and dissect complex data files. Ability to read, interpret, and manipulate data from multiple formats.

    Excellent time management skills

    Expert user of Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    Knowledge of BI Visualization tools (ie. Power BI and Google Data Studio) a plus.

    Experience with hotel revenue management, property management, sales management + business analytics software.

    Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Triptease, DashThis and other digital analytics dashboards.

    Working knowledge of Travelclick – Demand 360 and Agency 360 + rate shop tools (ie. OTA Insight).

    Must have strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data and analysis.

    Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with a team and act in an objective manner to solve problems.

    Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple and concurrent tasks.

    Ability to travel – up to 25%.
