Overview
We are seeking an experienced EP Lab Manager to lead a high-volume, dedicated Electrophysiology program in Austin, Texas. This leadership role oversees daily operations of multiple EP labs, including pre- and post-procedural areas, and is responsible for clinical quality, staff development, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Responsibilities
Clinical & Operational Leadership
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Electrophysiology labs and related service areas.
Direct activities of nursing and support staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
Coordinate patient flow and procedural scheduling to optimize throughput and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with nursing standards of care and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and complete patient documentation and charge capture.
Staff Management & Development
Conduct performance evaluations and establish individual development goals.
Provide education updates through staff meetings and in-service training.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Supervise leadership team members and support professional growth.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
Participate in annual budget development and ongoing fiscal management.
Monitor inventory, equipment utilization, and supply management.
Support strategic growth and service line expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Acute care experience required.
Prior leadership experience in electrophysiology or cardiovascular services.
Preferred
Experience leading a dedicated EP program.
Strong background in cardiac arrhythmia management and EP procedures.
Demonstrated success managing high-volume cardiovascular services.
