    Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech | Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to assist physicians in performing advanced electrophysiology procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced EP Technologists and new graduates looking to launch their career in cardiac electrophysiology.     Key Responsibilities
    • Prepare and operate electrophysiology equipment for cardiac procedures under physician supervision
    • Assist physicians during EP studies, cardiac ablations, and other electrophysiology procedures
    • Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms throughout procedures
    • Maintain sterile field and ensure all equipment is properly functioning and calibrated
    • Perform examinations on patients ranging from adults to geriatric populations
    • Document procedure data and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
    • Provide exceptional patient care while prioritizing patient safety and comfort
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiac care team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
    • Follow all hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures
    Required Qualifications
    • Education: Associate Degree in related healthcare field
    • Certification: One of the following:
      • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), OR
      • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) with Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license
    • ACLS Certification: Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
    • BLS Certification: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
    • Experience with cardiac monitoring equipment and electrophysiology procedures preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced clinical environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations

    Compensation and Benefits

    Hourly Rate: $29.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
