Job Description

Based in beautiful Orange County, CA, we are one of the top General Contractors in the entire State. Due to tremendous growth, we are currently looking to hire a high caliber MID LEVEL TO SENIOR LEVEL SUPERINTENDENT with VERY STRONG IN THE FIELD EXPERIENCE on LARGE GROUND-UP PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS IN THE RANGE OF $20MM-$150MM (I.E. - CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES, INSTITUTIONAL, HOSPITALS, EDUCATIONAL K-14, LIBRARIES, MUSEUMS, ETC.)

(THIS IS AN URGENT POSITION AND ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO START ASAP!!!)

SALARY/BONUSES/OTHER PERKS:

Up to $190,000 Base Salary DOE, PLUS Potential Sign-On Bonus & Annual Performance Bonus Target of 15%-20%, Company Vehicle & Gas Card, Full Benefits, Laptop, Cell-Phone and much more.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

1. Minimum of 8+ years experience in the construction industry, including successful supervisory experience on a major project in the USA.

2. Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent on Large Ground-Up Public Works Projects in the $20MM+ size range.

3. Must have In The Field Experience.

4. Must be very Technical.

5. Competent with various construction software such as MS Project, ProCore, Bluebeam, Etc.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

Bachelors' Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
