Based in beautiful Charlotte, NC, we are one of the top mortgage lenders in the entire nation. Do to tremendous growth, we are currently looking to hire a Remote Loan Officer Assistant/Loan Partner.

(THIS IS AN URGENT POSITION AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO START ASAP!!!)

COMPENSATION: 

    LOAN OFFICER ASSISTANT/LOAN PARTNER: UP TO $70K BASE & OT AND ONE WEEKEND PER MONTH CALLED A WEEKEND WARRIOR PLUS. - - DO NOT NEED TO BE LICENSED BUT MUST OBTAIN LICENSURE WITHIN 90 DAYS IN NC. WILL SPONSOR FOR LICENSING. 

    OUR AVERAGE LOA WORKS 40-45 HOURS PER WEEK WITH UNLIMITED OT, GOOD WORK-LIFE BALANCE, LOW TURNOVER (COMPANY AVERAGE 4+ YEARS TENURE), WITH STRONG CAREER GROWTH.

JOB DETAILS:

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

~ A minimum of 2 years of current origination experience ~ NMLS License required or obtain within 90 days ~ Creating your own leads and working off the senior loan officer/vice presidents book of business  ~ Experience collecting and analyzing borrower income and negotiating skills ~ Good knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, underwriting, procedures, documentation and systems ~Good analytical skills necessary to evaluate credit requests and determine trends in a given market place ~ Proficiency in standardized software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) ~ Encompass experience   

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

1. Should have a Degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing.
