Junior Executive Recruiter
Job Description
I’m hiring an entry level executive recruiter for our office in Spring Valley (215 / Durango).
We recruit architects, engineers and construction management professionals in Las Vegas and nationwide. Our clients are architecture firms, engineering consulting firms (SMEP) and design-build contractors. They pay us to find them qualified, experienced candidates. Daily responsibilities include calling, texting, emailing, candidate / client research, data entry and creating / monitoring multi-stage automated marketing campaigns utilizing email, text and voicemail drops.
SUMMARY OF OUR OPERATIONS;
Our hours are M-TR, 8am-6pm and Friday, 8am-12:30pm.
PTO is accrued at 8 hours per month / 12 days a year.
We are paid biweekly and have 12 paid holidays;
We work off our cell phones and receive a $60 a month cell phone reimbursement.
COMPENSATION PLAN;
· Junior Recruiter
15/hr. – Paid hourly until the first pay period after the third placement begins work (probationary period) + 10% commissions on successful candidate placements
· Executive Recruiter
After the first pay period of the third placement beginning work (probationary period), transition to salaried employee with a base salary of 44k/yr. (21.15/hr.) + 20% commissions on successful candidate placements.
