RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct daily analysis of all active campaigns to optimize performance to ensure that we are achieving clients desired KPIs
• Work with existing lenders to build trusting relationships and suggesting innovative ways to increase ROI for company and lenders
• Communicate with lenders by the method and frequency that each lender prefers in order to identify what they need to
• Build and maintain an intimate knowledge of industry developments to spot opportunities
• Work interdependently with other internal departments
• Daily prospecting of new opportunities for Lender Relations Management
• Ensure smooth on-boarding process for both Lenders
• Support Lender Relations Team Members with analysis and execution of requests
• Offer suggestions / ideas to continually grow and develop our internal implementations / resources that will help us deliver top quality services to clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of FinTech experience or previous experience in lead generation preferably for financial industry is required
• Bachelor’s Degree in communication or business development preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree
• Online marketing or advertising experience
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, as well as various online marketing models such as CPA, CPC, CPM
