WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:  

We are seeking a Freight Sourcing Specialist who will process all material movement requests, both domestic and international in a fast and efficient manner. This individual will be efficient, have great attention to detail, and possess strong strategic thinking skills.  Bring your A game to help us save the world, one package at a time!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:  

• Possess the ability to understand and interpret request for quotes  
• Communicate with internal and external customers directly to obtain best cost   
• Correlate all cost information within specified time frame of bid date and time needed to meet the needs of the customer  
• Maintain accurate documentation and job files   
• Ability to work effectively in fast paced, high pressure, time sensitive environment  
• Experience in both domestic and international freight   
• Experience developing work instructions   
• Ability to make quick and sound decisions   
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time   
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

 WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:  

• 3-5 years of experience in freight, preferable in packaging/technology industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent   
• 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience   
• Experience in Accounting Software, Inventory Software, and Microsoft Office Suite   
• Strong computer skills
