We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team! Currently, we're experiencing sales growth and expansion, so we need to develop our marketing department. We're a tight-knit small to medium-sized team doing great things.

The Marketing Assistant will monitor the development of marketing support collateral and ensure all deadlines are met. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented person, who works well under pressure and has excellent written communication skills. The successful candidate will have a background in both business and design and will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment on various projects. This is a position of growth, meaning that if you are weak in print or social media or another area, we will help you grow in those areas.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support services to marketing staff.
• Maintain records of marketing activities.
• Assist the Chief Marketing Officer with special projects.
• Administer marketing research and data analysis studies.
• Perform clerical work in support of the marketing department.
• Social media management
• Designing printed materials

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in market research or other related fields
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications on a Mac computer
