Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic experienced customer service representative, able to work on-site at a client location (within reasonable travel distance). Our successful candidate will have a history of customer service experience, excellent interpersonal and communication ability, a high level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the knowledge and ability to solve technical challenges in a fast-paced environment!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Respond rapidly to service calls and produce results to the satisfaction of the customer’s needs and with professionalism
· Monitor product requirements (supplies-par levels) and establish proactive delivery of supplies to have on at client site as needed
· Support your supervisor’s supply chain and device inventory control
· Monitor equipment to ensure optimal operation
· Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance
· Deliver service that creates positive memorable experiences for your clients
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or equivalent education
· Exceptional customer service, organizational and time management skills
· Innovative thinker who is a team player and inspires others to achieve goals
· Excellent organizational skills with strict attention to detail
· Demonstrated hands-on technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technologies
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Background in print, copy, scan, fax devices
· 3+ years experience with a B2B service provider is a plus
· Professional certification is a plus. A+, Network+, etc.
· Understanding of network infrastructure and software applications is a plus
