    Job Description

    EPM is on the lookout for a ROCKSTAR Office Administrator (PART-TIME TO FULL-TIME) to play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.

    The ideal candidate must be an organized and self-motivated professional responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. The office administrator’s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings. A dynamic and high-energy personality with proven professional qualities is a must.

    WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

    • Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management
    • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
    • Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
    • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
    • Greet and assist onsite guests
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Process expense claims
    • Develop and implement organized filing systems
    • Performing other relevant duties when needed.

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Two or more years experience in office administration or other related fields
    • Superb written and verbal communication skills
    • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
    • Quickbooks online experience is a plus
    • Comfortable handling confidential information
    • Digital marketing platforms and CRM experience is a plus
    • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
