Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing marketing and sales programs, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Review and optimize marketing budget
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
• Sales interactions with potential customers
• Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries
• Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual performance goals
• Maintain a high level of world-class customer service and professionalism to a wide range of customers
• Recommend products or solutions that best suit the customer

• Good Speaking Skills & Written Communication Skills
