EPS Group is currently seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager with CFedS Certification to support the Survey department in our Mesa or North Phoenix, Arizona office. Candidate will manage staff and a variety of department projects including, but not limited to, Tribal Surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic mapping, aerial control surveys, and laser scanning.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all CFedS related / tribal projects.
Responsible for preparation of ALTA surveys, plats, site plans, topographic maps, legal descriptions, exhibits, right-of-way maps, as-builts and other maps.
Direct/review fieldwork performed for assigned projects.
Direct/review drafting staff in the performance of assigned projects.
Preparation of TINs, surface models, and contours from field data.
Reduce field notes and check reductions and calculations made by others.
Generate quantities of various materials from surface models.
Post-process static GPS data or submit to OPUS.
Assist with proposals and estimates.
Candidates should be an Arizona Registered Professional Land Surveyor (or capable of obtaining licensure within 90-days of employment), with a minimum of 10 years of experience, as well as a CFedS Registration and should have:
Experience in working on all local (Arizona) tribal lands, and all processes/procedures involved.
Strong surveying background including experience with optical instruments as well as GPS, both static and RTK
Education and training with an emphasis on boundary survey, research, drafting, and mapping
High degree of proficiency using AutoCAD drafting software
Experience with Trimble Business Center
Experience with coordinate geometry
Have general computer skills in Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
Experience in doing static GPS post-processing and GIS
Experience using aerial & satellite photography
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
