Our client is a green eneregy company based in Houston. They are seeking a Project Planner to join their team to coordinate and plan all project activities for the first of a series of multi-year Major Capital Projects.

The successful candidate will:

Develop and maintain project schedules

Identify project dependencies, critical paths, and potential risks

Monitor project progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track

Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, discuss challenges, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Generate reports and update project status, including key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in an engineering or similar discipline

5+ years of experience using Primavera P6

Proven experience as a Planner/Scheduler in the LNG, Oil & Gas industry, or a similar industry

Ability to create and present S curves and manpower loading in construction projects

Detailed understanding of Project Controls Techniques, including budget and spend management, change control, EVM, data analysis, and trend analysis.
