    Our product specialist works in the Marketing Department and reports to the Regional Marketing Manager North America.

    Essential duties and responsibilities:

    • Management of a portfolio of products adapted to the target markets to ensure the company’s profitable growth.

    • You are responsible for the growth of revenue and margins of the product assigned to manage.

    • You participate in the development of the Product Development Plan for at least three years within the Global Product Line

    • You are a driving force for innovation to create competitive advantages valued by our target market segments.

    • You develop products that meet the expectations of the targeted segments:

    • * Participation in the product development process, in particular generating ideas for new products, writing Briefs 
      
      • Preparation of all suppliers’ files for your portfolio
      • Preparation and participation in the launch of new products: development of launch packs, compliance with revenue and "time to market" objectives, training of sales teams
      • Involvement in the flow of inventory of new products.
    • You oversee managing the end of life of products: Proposal for selecting products to be discontinued and monitoring of their flow before discontinuation, optimization of obsolete stocks.

    • You participate in training as needed with Customers and sales team.

    • Monitoring the regulatory environment concerning your products in collaboration with technical marketing (ensure that all technical files are current).


    You oversee operational management to ensure the profitability of the ranges and the quality of the products:


    • Monthly analysis of the sales results of the range in charge.
    • Guidance and monitoring of sales action plans for each market.
    • Writing and distributing adapted sales pitches (customer benefits / technical characteristics): launch pack, product sheets, content creation, and training of salespeople.
    • Participation in the product quality process: monitoring of stock arrivals and controls, answers to questions from subsidiaries / sales / customers (after-sales service)
    • Anticipation of volumes and collaboration with supplies: follow-up of shortages and products at risk.
    • You have a solid knowledge of end-user customers and market opportunities by organizing a presence and a permanent technological, normative, and competitive watch
    • Organized knowledge of the markets in the different states and North Am countries: identification of key players (end users and distributors). Identification of PPE industry drivers.
    • Organization of structured and permanent competitive intelligence (new products, prices, regulations).
    • Follow-up of price evolutions daily and formulation of pricing recommendations: respect and increase of margins.
    • Regular presence on the various strategic markets (customer user visits, key accounts, trade shows, etc.).
    • Deployment of Delta Plus products and methods in the Group's subsidiaries to increase sales and bring them towards autonomy.

    Required professional and personal qualities :

    College degree or similar training in Marketing and a minimum of three years of experience in a product management role in of a multi-subsidiary and international environment.

    • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English
    • Strong working knowledge of standard computer tools (Excel).
    • You are organized and willing to take initiatives, which will allow you to adapt to the pace of growth of our Group.

    • Occasional international travel is to be expected.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    The position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain automobile insurance. Employees within the United States must also be an US citizen
