We work primarily sweeping retail parking lots, professional parks, and parking garages. Based upon the needs of our customers the hours of service are nights starting at 9:00pm until the route is complete, including weekends.

The following are required for this position:

Clean DMV record, NO reckless driving, & NO DUI convictions

Able to gain clearance to work on US Government facilities

Background check & Drug Test

Work independently on a designated route to clean various retail parking areas & professional parks

Be able to work in any type of weather conditions

Must be extremely flexible with hours of service as our customer’s needs will change

Able to work independently without direct supervision

Must have a cell phone to communicate with supervisors

Arriving ten minutes prior to start time

Be able to use a backpack blower and walk long distances

Willingness to hand pick up trash if needed due to winds

Blowing out trash or hand picking up trash out of landscaping
