Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for a committed, self-motivated problem-solver who is well-versed in QuickBooks Enterprise Platinum, Invoicing, Payroll, Financial Reporting, and Management with an understanding of E-Commerce, Royalty Reporting, Purchase Orders Pay Bills, Submit Invoices, and maintaining AR with an eagerness to learn new pieces of warehouse management software such as Logiwa. This position will also require you to update and create new standard accounting procedures. Roles and Responsibilities:  Perform bookkeeping on a Daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis  Maintain accurate and organized records as it relates to the company's accounting activities  Handle company invoicing processes, perform bank reconciliations, make wires, AP/AR, and other accounting related tasks  Respond to external vendors and internal managers regarding all aspects of the accounts payable process, including processing invoices for payment, recording sales tax, assisting with bank reconciliations  Monitor account balances, track expenses, and prepare analyses of accounts and related financial activity to produce monthly financial reports.  Close daily batches from Woo Commerce Education and Experience  Bachelor's degree in accounting a plus  Three to five years of Accounting Experience is required! Key Qualifications  Knowledge of basic accounting, Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel), QuickBooks accounting software, and basic computer operating skills  High degree of accuracy with data entry experience  Highly motivated, capable of meeting and exceeding pre-defined deadlines and goals  Proactive, personable, and detail-oriented  Strong problem-solving skills  Positive attitude with desire to learn and grow, both professionally and personally  Experience with Warehouse Management a plus!
