This position will require that you perform all customer service duties which include but are not limited to:
Resolve customer's issues or concerns via Chat, email, and phone interaction with customers
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information and order problems
Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent spelling and grammar
Prior experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well independently and with a team.
Ability to prioritize.
Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
