    ERP Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

    Position Summary

    As the ERP Administrator, you will be the primary expert responsible for the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will play a crucial role in enhancing user productivity and overall company efficiency by collaborating across departments to design and implement innovative solutions using Business Central, integrated Microsoft tools, and other third-party products.

    Key Responsibilities

    I. System Administration & Operations

    • Administer & Maintain: Serve as the hands-on expert for all administrative aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC), ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.

    • User & Configuration Management: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including user access, security roles, system configuration, and deployment activities.

    • Change Management: Drive and document all changes, enhancements, and upgrades through a formalized change management process, ensuring proper testing and approval.

    • Upgrade Management: Plan, manage, and execute thorough testing for all product enhancements and system upgrades.

    II. Development & Integration

    • Custom Code Development: Design, write, test, and maintain custom extensions and modifications using AL code to meet unique business requirements.

    • System Integration: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical integrations between D365 BC and other internal systems.

    • Data Integrity & Reporting: Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and optimal performance across all reports and dashboards.

    • Deployment & Configuration: Develop and maintain efficient configuration packages for controlled and reliable updates to master data tables.

    III. Business Partnership & Support

    • Process Translation: Collaborate closely with operations and business unit leaders to fully understand process requirements and translate them into effective system configurations or enhancements within D365 BC.

    • Solution Design: Design, develop, test, and deploy comprehensive system improvements that align with strategic business goals.

    • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including technical logs, error troubleshooting guides, and clear end-user work instructions.

    • End-User Enablement: Provide high-quality training and ongoing tier-two support to end-users, ensuring efficient adoption and usage of the ERP system.
