Job Description:

We are looking to bring two (2) mid level contractors on to update data in our existing SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) and Signavio tools, which are both part of the SAP Integrated Toolchain. These tools are enabling the deployment of S/4 Hana by housing the business processes, requirements and configuration details.

Responsibilities:

Clean up of processes and documentation in Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)

Create 'how to' documentation for the Process Owners, IT Leads, and System Integrators for using SAP CALM

Training of Process Owners, IT Leads and System Integrators on how to do this work

Analyzing records and turning objects into user stories.

Skillsets required:

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) and Signavio.

sap calm tool exp, used along with business knowledge in areas like SAP- sd, mm, otc, rtr , p2p, finance etc

Knowledge of Software Dev Lifecycle

Experience designing the structure of how SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) works, to enable the process, development and system integrator teams to do their work in it (not an end user!)

Azure Dev Ops exp

Experience turning objects into user stories (primarily within SAP CALM)

Experience creating "how to" and training documentation for other workstreams leads and process owners

Leading meetings to discuss and understand the requirements overall and follow the Requirement to Deployment End to End life cycle process
