The Business Analyst will play a vital role in the Civil Construction and Electrical Construction Divisions to craft and execute plans for successful ERP technology solution deployments in support of the divisions Digital and IT strategic vision and roadmap.

\- This position works directly with Business dept leaders, cross-functional users, and Internal/Vendor functional & technical teams on the planning, Implementing, and supporting IT Business Applications solutions

\- ERP implementation support: Act as a subject matter expert in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, providing expertise and guidance throughout the implementation process

\- Assist in system configuration, testing, and deployment activities

Solution Delivery:

\- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze existing processes, and identify areas for improvement

\- Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional/technical requirements, to deliver information technology solutions

\- Researching and analyzing user’s business requirements, and technical specifications, writing test plans in support of business functions, process knowledge, and system requirements

\- Analyze complex datasets, perform data mapping, and develop meaningful insights to support decision-making processes

\- Create and deliver comprehensive reports, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels

\- Support organizational change initiatives by facilitating communication, training, and user adoption activities

\- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation of new processes and systems

Project coordination:

\- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities

\- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion and adherence to project scope
