    Full-Time Position

    Charlotte, NC (Onsite Mon–Thurs, Remote Fridays)

     

     

    About the Role

    We’re hiring an ERP Analyst to support the finance and accounting systems used across a multi-location, project-based business. This is a hands-on role focused on training, user support, and continuous improvement for the ERP workflows. This will be particularly focused around general ledger, AP/AR, job cost, and payroll.

     

    The ideal candidate has experience supporting ERP platforms used by accounting and finance teams in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or other complex operational settings. If you’ve helped users get up to speed, documented process guides, and acted as the systems liaison between finance and operations — we want to hear from you.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Serve as the an ERP support contact for finance, accounting, and project operations staff
    • Deliver onboarding, training, and process guidance to users adopting a new ERP system
    • Assist in transitioning newly acquired business units from legacy systems to our current ERP platform
    • Troubleshoot issues, provide Tier 1–2 user support, and escalate as needed
    • Write and maintain internal documentation and SOPs for finance system processes
    • Use a ticketing system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) to manage and track user requests
    • Collaborate with accounting, finance, and implementation teams to ensure data integrity and workflow consistency

     

    What You Bring

    • 2–5 years of experience supporting an ERP system for accounting, finance, or operational users
    • Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum or similar construction ERP systems a strong plus
    • Strong knowledge of accounting workflows (GL, AP, AR, payroll, job costing)
    • Confident communicator and trainer
    • Familiarity with ticketing/support systems such as Jira or ServiceNow
    • Detail-oriented mindset with experience documenting internal processes and training materials
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multi-entity organization with ongoing process changes
