Job Title: ERP Assistant (Odoo & Python Expertise)
Location: On-Site, Bath Beach, Brooklyn, NY
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience)
Experience Level: 1-3 years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy ERP Assistant with experience in Odoo and Python programming to join our team. This role is an on-site position based in Brooklyn, NY, with no option for hybrid or remote work. The ideal candidate will support the development, customization, and management of the Odoo ERP system, ensuring smooth operational workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the field of ERP systems and coding within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP System Management (Odoo):

* Assist in the day-to-day management and customization of the Odoo ERP system to meet the company’s operational needs.
* Support departments in using the ERP system, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity.
* Work with other team members to streamline workflows and optimize the ERP system for efficiency.

• Python Coding & Development:

* Write, modify, and troubleshoot Python code to customize and enhance Odoo functionalities.
* Develop custom modules and reports within Odoo as required.
* Ensure that all code changes are thoroughly tested and documented.

• ERP Support & Training:

* Provide technical support for Odoo users, resolving system issues in a timely manner.
* Assist in the training of staff to ensure proper use of the ERP system.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth integration and workflow between Odoo and business operations.

• Data Management & Reporting:

* Ensure the accuracy of data input into the ERP system.
* Create and maintain reports within Odoo to assist with company operations, financials, and performance tracking.
* Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for better functionality.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience working with Odoo ERP systems, with a strong understanding of the platform’s architecture and capabilities.
• Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in developing and modifying Odoo modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
