    Job Description

    AZZ has an exciting opportunity for an ERP Business Analyst to join our team. This role is key to supporting our Oracle E-Business Suite and other ERP systems across the organization. You’ll work closely with both technical teams and end-users to ensure smooth operations, successful implementations, and a high standard of customer service. From acquisition transitions to user training, your expertise will help drive efficiency, reduce risk, and empower our internal customers to make the most of our ERP capabilities.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide technical and functional support for Oracle ERP systems, including Oracle Financials and Manufacturing modules.
    • Assist with system implementations, upgrades, training sessions, and acquisition transitions across various locations.
    • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and deliver ERP training that aligns with our rollout strategy.
    • Document business processes, configurations, and user guides to support ongoing ERP initiatives.
    • Partner with infrastructure teams to minimize downtime and support system reliability.
    • Serve as a trusted resource to both headquarters and field locations, offering remote and on-site assistance as needed.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of professional experience with Oracle e-business suite (specifically R12) or similar business applications.
    • Strong understanding of Oracle e-Business Suite, Financials, Manufacturing, and ERP best practices.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve both technical and functional issues.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
    • Experience supporting users during transitions, such as mergers or system implementations, is preferred.
    • Willingness and ability to travel as required, including internationally.
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

    Minimum Education

    • Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
    • Oracle ERP certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Financials) preferred.
    • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
