    Job Description

    The ERP Data Administrator manages and maintains master data in the company’s ERP system. This role ensures data integrity and supports various collaborators.

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to capably perform each of the following essential functions:

    • Coordinate and maintain ERP system databases in accordance with company standards and policies
    • Under direction from functional leadership, complete data management policies and procedures to optimize system performance
    • Query and understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions where required
    • Perform regular data audits and coordinate operational processes that ensure system data meets company standards of accuracy, consistency, security, and quality
    • Maintain documentation for data structures, processes, and procedures
    • Generate reports and data visualizations to support decision-making processes
    • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner
    • Assist in ERP system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects
    • Offer training and support to end-users regarding data management standard methodologies
    • Support implementation of improvements as directed
    • Adhere to company Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) policy
    • Perform other duties as required, or assigned by management, to meet business needs
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent experience
    • Previous experience, ideally 1 year, in ERP data administration, supply chain data management, or a similar role
    • Proficiency in ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
    • Working awareness of database management tools or systems
    • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to effectively meet operational needs
    • Ability to gather and coordinate information, interpret and develop appropriate recommendations for effective action
    • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • ERP system certifications (e.g., IFS, SAP)
    • Experience with data migration and system integration projects
    • Understanding of business processes and their integration with ERP systems
    • Proven expertise of Microsoft Excel
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools
