ERP Data Processing Clerk

Summary

In this role you will be instrumental in ensuring transactions are taking place to consume material and drive new pick work for the warehouse for upcoming builds. You will be trained in D365 and the workflow of how work orders need to be processed when a add or short of material is needed along with insuring journals closed to properly consume material from inventory. This is a fast-paced, flexible role that adds tasks throughout the day to meet the company needs. The successful candidate will take ownership of finding out what was consumed to properly account for the bill of materials in all EGMs that are being reported as finished. With this you will be responsible for investigating negative inventory transactions. This role will work with and support the Material Coordinator.

What You'll Do

• Computer proficiency
• Follows detailed instructions
• Attention to detail to assure orders are completed properly and inventory is being properly consumed
• Tracking and control of the inventory in your area and the production area
• Identify negative inventory and root cause analysis
• Complete add/shorts of BOMs and pick work
• Assist with D365 journal closures
• Complete all other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED required
• 2 Year degree in Management or Supply Chain preferred
• Experience with the following programs: Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
• One or more years’ experience in Production/Material movement environment
• Background in process driven work environment
• Microsoft D365 experience preferred
