    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with proven experience managing multiple Infor ERP implementations to lead the deployment of our new enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. This is a contract role lasting approximately 12 to 15 months, with the opportunity to work remotely and occasional travel to our Cleveland, OH headquarters.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of the Infor ERP system across the organization.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
    • Facilitate regular status meetings, provide progress reports, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
    • Ensure data integrity, system integration, and user adoption through effective change management and training strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT or ERP implementation projects.
    • Demonstrated success leading multiple full-cycle Infor implementations, including ERP, CRM, and CPQ systems.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally to the Cleveland, OH office.
