    Job Description

    Acumatica is hiring an ERP Project Manager!

    Job Responsibilities

    • Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.
    • Perform delivery planning for assigned projects in an Agile environment.
    • Organize and lead project status and working scrum meetings.
    • Prepare project status reports on project progress and problems, as well as creating technical documentation for development teams to support project delivery (flow charts, data flow diagrams, requirements traceability matrices, wireframes /mockups, functional specifications, user stories, etc)
    • Manage business and stakeholder expectations.
    • Lead design and review sessions with technical and business staff, including all levels of management.
    • Monitors project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members.
    • Assigns / delegates work assignments to project team members.
    • Independently driving projects to completion and be accountable for project success.
    • Help building training programs, statements of work, documentation.
    • Assist management with evaluation and development of a project plan.
    • Managing Internal company projects
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related technical field.
    • 5-10 years project management experience in the ERP space.
    • Understanding of accounting software.
    • Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and priorities.
    • Excellent time management, communication skills, decision making ability, change management expertise, problem-solving abilities, presentation and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrates a proactive, fast-paced approach to tasks and responsibilities
    • Produces clear, focused reports that communicate key insights
    • PMP Certification or any formalized project management training.

    For this role, the salary range is $85,000-100,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.

    At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
