    The Talent Source is pleased to partner with an enterprise organization undergoing a significant digital transformation in the search for an experienced ERP Systems Administrator (Oracle Fusion Cloud).

    The role is based onsite in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the organization’s Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem across Finance, Human Capital Management, Procurement, and Enterprise Performance Management.

    The Opportunity

    The ERP Systems Administrator will provide technical expertise across the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, supporting the administration, configuration, and optimization of enterprise ERP solutions and integrated systems.

    This role partners closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and Oracle support teams to ensure the platform effectively supports evolving business operations.

    You will report directly to the ERP & System Integrations Manager and play a key role in maintaining system stability, security, and continuous improvement across multiple environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Oracle Fusion Cloud Administration

    • Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud pillars including HCM, SCM, ERP, and EPM across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments

    • Support system configuration, maintenance, and ongoing platform optimization

    • Coordinate system installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations following Oracle best practices

    • Manage environment refreshes, cloning, and configuration migrations

    Performance & Operations

    • Monitor system performance, scheduled processes, and platform availability

    • Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis for production incidents

    • Coordinate with Oracle Cloud Operations and Support to resolve issues efficiently

    • Support cutover activities and go-live initiatives

    Security & Access Management

    • Manage user provisioning, security roles, and access controls

    • Maintain segregation of duties (SoD) and support internal and external audits

    • Implement security best practices aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud standards

    • Support identity integrations including SSO and Azure AD

    Release & Change Management

    • Plan and coordinate Oracle quarterly and monthly updates

    • Review Oracle release documentation and assess business impact

    • Validate functionality and security post-update

    • Maintain change management controls and environment governance

    Documentation & Collaboration

    • Maintain system documentation, configurations, and operational runbooks

    • Provide technical guidance to IT teams and business users

    • Collaborate with application teams, DBAs, vendors, and project teams to support enhancements and implementations

    Required Experience & Skills

    • Strong experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including:

      • Finance (ERP)

      • Human Capital Management (HCM)

      • Supply Chain (SCM)

      • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

    • Experience administering multiple Oracle Fusion environments

    • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion security roles and data access controls

    • Experience managing quarterly Oracle release cycles

    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities

    • Understanding of ERP applications supporting Finance, HR, Payroll, and Procurement

    • Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks

    • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies

    • Understanding of application architecture, system design, and integration

    • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

    Additional experience with the following is beneficial:

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a related field

    • 5+ years of experience administering Oracle systems or enterprise ERP platforms

    • Experience supporting enterprise-scale ERP environments

    • Knowledge of relational database management systems

    • Prior experience supporting enterprise technology implementations

    • Valid Florida Driver’s License

    Highly Preferred

    • Experience with Infor Lawson ERP

    • Knowledge of SRM and Global HR modules
