    About the Role:

    Judah North LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated ERSEA Clerk to join our team in Chicago, IL. This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in supporting eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance (ERSEA) operations that make a real difference in the community.     Responsibilities:

    Assist with the recruitment and enrollment of eligible participants in accordance with ERSEA policies and procedures

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records, files, and documentation

    Process and verify eligibility documentation to ensure compliance with program requirements

    Track and monitor attendance records, reporting any concerns to supervisors in a timely manner

    Communicate with families and community members to provide information about program availability and enrollment

    Support data entry and reporting functions using program management systems

    Collaborate with program staff to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher preferred

    Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or social services role preferred

    Familiarity with ERSEA guidelines, Head Start, or early childhood programs is a plus

    Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse families and staff

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
